Why Do We Talk About Capacity?
On October 30, 2013 the round table discussion was held for the first draft of the developed Model. UNDP national experts have presented the draft Model to a wide audience of invited specialists. A number of comments, concerns and recommendations has been actively exchanged among concerned parties on validation and certification issues, risk assumptions and identification of alternative sources of funding for training of in-service VET teachers. It was decided to come up with the roadmap for implementation of in-service VET teachers training articulating a clear spilt of roles assigned to various institutions and agencies.
